We endeavour to ship your goods within 24-48 hours of ordering by Auspost or Sendle where possible as a 100% carbon neutral courier. We can ship worldwide and shipping rates will be calculated at check out.
30 Day Returns
We offer a 30 day period in which you can return your unworn, tagged items in their original packaging for an exchange or refund. Please contact support@alchemycycling.com and we will arrange your exchange or return no problem!
Packaging
We love the environment and we know you do too so all of our mailing bags including the mailing labels are home compostable and our tags recyclable. We are working with suppliers to source plastic alternatives for shipping.
Our printers use thermal ink to eliminate the need for cartridges and inks for your parcels.

using a delicate wash at 30 degrees with a gentle detergent. Do not use fabric softener for your cycling apparel or tumble dry - they're pretty special.
